(fo 185) (320) All men being present her and for to cum shall knawe that I John Pullan of Wrangbrok have gyffyn and grantyd and have faste by my present wrytyng to John Pullan, my son, his heres and assignes, vj acres and a rode of airebill land os it lyes in divers places of the felds of Wrangbrok. In Primis the croke acre lyes next ye meis (messuage) of Joh. Grason of ye west party and next ye sowth part of ye rynyng broke of ye north part. And a rode lyes next ye mes of prior of bretton abba of the west and est parte bothe. And a rode at ye blake rawe and butts off Arthur Wentworthe of ye west part and of John Grason of ye north part and on the sayd prior of ye est part and sowthe part bothe. And a nacer (sic) in the est feylde callyd Gowers butts of barnysdale ryg of ye est part and of thomas lorde of the sowthe part and of ye said prior of ye north part and west bothe. And a nacer butts of ye sayd prior of ye north and ye heris (sic) of Xpofer Wilkok of ye sowth part of William Gascone of ye est part. And three rodes butts of Thomas Lorde of ye north and of ye sayd prior of ye sothe (sic) and west parte bothe. And a nacer in ye more croft bounded of ye lyngs of birton abba of ye est part and of ye heres of ye rokelesses and William gascone of ye west part and of ye said prior of ye north part and of ye heres and rokeless of ye sowth part. And a halffe acre lyes in ye Haverlands and bonds of the by stret of ye est part and of ye sayd prior bothe north and west and of the said William gascone of ye sowth. The foresaid six acre and a rode wt all ye appurtenance yto (fo 185d) belongyng to be had and to be holden to John Pullan the yunger to his heirs and assignes. Warranty, seal.
